3D animation — The Dutch Flying Car, PAL-V
The world's first flying car, the PAL-V Liberty, was introduced at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. Axes Virtual Creations was asked to create an animation showing the car leaving a garage, transforming, taking off, flying, landing, transforming again and parking in the city. The animation uses matchmoving, a technique that aligns the movement of the 3D model with live footage and integrates it into the scene.
